Mike Ledesma's new restaurant Perch celebrates his Filipino heritage and culinary exploration from Hawaii to the East Coast. Combining Pacific-inspired flavors and Virginia spirit, Perch opens in Richmond's Scott's Addition neighborhood this spring.
ABOUT THE CHEF
From Baltimore to Oahu to Richmond, Mike Ledesma’s culinary travels and Filipino heritage continue to inspire his cooking. Once a financial advisor, he made a career change in 2002 when he enrolled in culinary school in Hawaii. Since moving from desk to kitchen, he’s worked under “Iron Chef” Roy Yamaguchi and has brought his passion for food back to the East Coast. Most recently he led operations, training and menu development for six restaurants as corporate chef for Richmond Restaurant Group. He opens his first restaurant, Perch, in Richmond this Spring.
Seating is determined beforehand. If you would like to request to be seated next to another group of guests, please contact us.
Please arrive for before-dinner drinks at 6:30 when doors open. Seating for the dinner will begin at 7:00.
Gratuity for our staff is not included in the ticket cost. Tabs can be opened prior to seating for additional drinks. Crowlers and 750mL limited release bottles will be available for purchase.
